Halfway point. Another year almost gone. Amazing how we don't think we can survive another day of what the world throws at us and the next thing you know 7 years have gone by. Life moves pretty fast. Blink and you just might miss it.

Nothing exciting to report yesterday. A pretty mellow day. Taught my group of seven. The students are pretty mellow. We finished up around 2:20. One more day and then I am free for 5 days. I did do something for me yesterday - I finally enrolled in TSA Pre. I know I should have done it a long time ago, but it's just something I never got around to doing. I have an appointment on Monday for my interview. I will then have a KTN to add to my American account. It will save me some time in some airports. Not all, but some. The biggest deal will be not having to get half undressed or take out any of my liquids. I don't know what to expect at the interview, but I also don't see it as a big deal.

I also finished my timesheet and expense report yesterday. One part of me wanted to wait until Wednesday just to prove a point. It's not my fault that they didn't add all of my projects to the list of available items so why should I have to work extra to get it done quickly? On the other hand, I didn't want it floating over my head on Wednesday. This way it's done and it's one less thing I have to worry about doing. In the end convenience won out over principle. That sounds like most decisions by most people.

Watched some TV. B is trying to catch up on the shows I watched while on the road. I made chicken for dinner. Got super tired around 9 and ended up going to bed at 9:30. I turned on the heating blanket and was asleep instantly.

Time to get ready for class.
