Well here it is, one of those days that is dreaded more than any other in our house. Boom boom day. The day the redneck white trash of this area come out to play and light themselves on fire. It already started last night. From 9:30 on they were out there popping and cracking. Idiots.
Spent the day working on the new class. Got quite a bit finished actually. I might have a good rough draft ready by Monday. I am happy about this. We went to the store in the evening. Been eating leftovers the last couple of days. Trying to clean the fridge out before we go. I did take care of renting a car at least for the time I am in MI. We debated whether to just use her grandfather's truck like we normally do, but since we have to drive to the wedding and it's an overnight trip and I get into the airport late and and and, I said screw it. I had a bunch of Avis points and it only ended up costing me $130 for a Ford Escape for 6 days. Not too bad. Most of that was taxes. The actual vehicle charge was $60. Fucking ridiculous.
That's about it. Only a few days left until my birthday. Boo.
