Back to getting up early. I have two days of 8:30 - 4:30 and then on Friday I have to drop B off early so she can drive to Chicago with her mom. So for the next three days I am up at 5:30. Meh, I don't really mind. I would rather be up and have something to do than sit around like I did yesterday.
Yesterday I had a 1-5 class. That's even worse in my mind because I just kept puttering around until it was time. I watched some tv, I worked on cataloging stuff, I updated some files, etc. I just did odds and ends. Finally my class started and we went up until 5 on the dot. After class B got home from working around 5:45 and we went over to her grandparent's house. I got her grandfather that new cane and wanted to drop it off. He was very excited for it which made me happy. In addition they ended up feeding us dinner which was a nice bonus. We stayed there until almost 8 and headed home. If that was her only family I would be happy. For me it's like having parents still alive that I actually like. I think that's why I enjoy their company.
When we got home we didn't do much. Relaxed and read until bed around 10.
Five students, two days, then a big ol' three day weekend. Let's do it!
