Yep. It's that time of year again. I done made it to 51. Starting to outlive almost everyone in my family. Go me.
We had another really awesome day. Started off the morning with breakfast here at the hotel, then took a ride to the mall. We went to Daiso, aka the Japanese Dollar Store. Things we miss about living here. We had a great time. Had the top down, cruised around. Then we had lunch at our most favorite Mexican place. Came back to the hotel, napped, had a snack in the executive lounge, and headed to the beach around 6:45.
We had a great time hanging out with old friends. Karaoke was happening. Pies and cheesecake happened. A good time was had by all.
I really needed last night. Like a lot. Didn't drink, but didn't need to. We got back to the hotel around 12:45am, in bed by 1.
Today is boss dinner. Not as much fun I fear, but still hopefully a good time.
