I slept like shit last night. I don't like forced air and the windows here don't open at all. I prefer outside air over a/c but that option isn't available to me.
Yesterday I woke up to a thunderstorm which was kind of cool. The sky was lit up with lightening and pouring rain. It was quite beautiful. The downside is that threw off my plans to walk to the client. I ended up taking a cab 1.5 miles. Felt dumb, but didn't have much of a choice.
Class went well. It's a good room setup and I have about 8 students which is a good size to make it intimate yet productive. We got through the material with no issues. It's also a pretty sharp group. We were doing advanced report development and everyone got through it without issue. There were some side discussions as often happens with more advanced groups but nothing that was a problem. After class I managed to get a ride back to the hotel.
I had dinner at the bar after walking around the small mall area attached to the hotel. I picked up a shot glass for B as well as some trinkets for my class. No crapmart here for me to get goodies. Dinner was a seafood salad and sliders.
Went back to the room and felt a headache coming on. I sat in bed and finished one of the books I brought with me. Ended up falling asleep around 10 but woke up a million times.
Go home now please.
