Made it to Ohio finally. Got here earlier than planned which was nice. I got up yesterday, took my time leaving the hotel and got to the airport around 9am. I was confirmed on a 6pm flight but knew there was also a noon and a 3pm I could play the standby game on. I ended up getting on the noon and getting the same 1st class seat I had on the same flight the day before. I was just 24 hours off. I arrived in Ohio around 4:30 and was in the hotel around 5. Checked in, went to CVS for Rockstars, Jimmy John's for a sandwich, and that was my day. Airport. Hotel. Whee. Tried watching some stuff. First I tried watching Lords of Salem. It's just a bad movie. I couldn't take it. Then I watched two episodes of Hemlock Grove. I am not sure about that just yet. We shall see.
Discussed with the client what to do about the lost day and we have added an extra day on in September.
Talked with B during the day to keep her posted. I was exhausted and fell asleep around 9:30 only to be woken up at 11 by a slew of texts and emails. It seems our directors want to add an eighth October show and everyone was asking me if they are out of their minds. B flat out told me no we won't do another show and I agree with her. Between travel and the other shows already scheduled it's too much. There's no way we can do it. Especially since it is about 100 miles from any of our normal theaters which would make it 150+ miles for us. Nope. Ain't happening.
I managed to fall back to sleep around midnight. Luckily I don't have to leave here for another 2 hours.
