Yay another travel day. My excitement knows no bounds. At least I have upgrade confirmed for one of my two flights. Better than nothing.
Taught my final day yesterday. It was more of a mentoring day so I sat around a lot while they talked amongst themselves of what to do with their new knowledge. We built a few sample dashboards and layouts and then they demoed these to their end users while I added commentary from the side lines.
Finished up around 4 and went down to the bar around 6. I was talking with one of the bartenders and I showed him how I tweeted his excellent service and how quickly Doubletree responded. He was very impressed and bought me a free drink. Cool. I can handle that.
Headed back to the room around 8. Had some dessert in the concierge lounge and went to bed around 9:30. Oh the wild and crazy life I lead.
I also dealt with changing my insurance policies to the new address, getting the total number for move-in tomorrow, dealing with a depressed B, and answering some idiot emails.
It was a long busy day and there's no end in sight to the madness this weekend. I am about to be very stressed out all weekend long.
