Where to start with yesterday - I guess I could start at the end since that took up the most part of the day. We went to a birthday party last night. Left the house around 5:30 and got home around 11:30. We drove with a friend. Honest truth? I was bored most of the night. When I am not drinking I am bored by most of these people. I don't do karaoke so there's nothing interesting to me there. I've stopped smoking so I don't have that to bond with anyone over. And not interested in drinking. So yeah. Bored might not be the best word. Uninterested is probably a better word. Apathetic to the event. I am glad I went from a social dues perspective, but meh. I did get to see some people I haven't seen in a while which was nice. It was also nice that I didn't have to drive the majority of the way. We met at our friend's house about 20 minutes from ours and then he drove the hour and a half the rest of the way. That too is what was irking me I think. It was a 90 minute drive at that time of day.
Whatever, it's done and over with for another year.
The rest of the day didn't do much. B wanted Taco Bell so I acquiesced to her on that. We haven't gone in a while and it didn't kill us. We both napped quite a bit yesterday. Used yesterday as a major sleep catch up day.
That's about it. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning for my foot which means I will be up at 3, out at 4:30 unfortunately. Going to be a rough week next week.
