It was good to be back home yesterday. I didn't get enough sleep but that's okay. Class went fairly smooth. One of my servers was causing issues but not so bad that I couldn't get through class. We finished around 2:45. I then dealt with a couple of emails. It seems that my one day of peace next week (11/6) is now being taken up by a conference call for 4 hours. Joy. Also my SoCal client has decided they want to prepay for another week of training in January now. Double joy. Upside is I have managed to keep that client happy enough that they are pre-paying three months in advance now. Not too shabby.
After class we went and ran a few errands. We hit Target, WinCo, and then discovered Fred Meyer. We have not been in one yet since moving here and that was a mistake. Fred Meyer has EVERYTHING. Imagine a calm Costco or a nice CrapMart. I know where we will be shopping from now on. Decent prices, well laid out, and had everything we needed. We have to go back today to get a couple of things we forgot.
Speaking of today, it's our anniversary!! One year! Wow. She has put up with my shit for one year. That in of itself is amazing. Our big plans for today include nothing. We had an issue in the closet this morning (more on that tomorrow) that we have to address, but otherwise, nada.
Got back from the store, made chicken and salad for dinner. Watched a whole bunch of TV and went to bed around 11. A good day at home.
