Happy Summer Solstice. Aka the longest day of the year. It's also going to be hot today. Up to 80s where I am. Yuck. I have a very odd week. I am teaching 3 night classes Tuesday - Thursday, a UK class Wednesday early morning, and a mentoring session in between. It's going to be weird. Today I am going to try and go to the DMV. I have everything I need printed out and will be filling it all in shortly. The catch is if the bike starts. If not, I am chasing around for a battery first then going to DMV. Fun stuff.
Drove home yesterday. Saw my sister on the way. She's doing okay. All settled into her new place. I am happy for her on that. She owns her own place and no one can take it away from her. It's not for me, but if she is happy than that's what counts. She brought me back a platypus magnet from Australia. Cute.
Got home around 11 and unpacked. Did some around the house stuff, took a nap, played video games. Made ham and a salad for dinner. Watched some tv, went to bed. Nothing too exciting here. That's going to be the theme of this week. Stay in, hide, nothing exciting.
