And life is back to normal. For the most part. Git up early yesterday to work on a custom class for a client. Managed to get everything I needed done by 1pm. We took a short break at 10am to hit Costco while it was still empty. Smart move. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included grabbing food. B is really sick right now too.She isn't in the mood to be doing much of anything but she is trying. Of course you know how it is when a sick person tries to pretend they're not sick. They push themselves and get cranky. Okay woman, you're "fine". Sure.
She decided we needed to go to the mall and off we went. We walked around for a bit. Found new pajamas, a bag, a new ring for B, and had a pretzel. Got back around 3. The day finally caught up with her and she went and laid down. Didn't sleep though because the constant coughing and hacking out a lung stopped that.
I made chicken and potatoes for dinner. We watched some TV, then I helped her in WoW. She has been wanting to learn how to pet battle. What we did is we took my laptop, moved it into the front room, and turned on air play. This way she could watch on the screen while I watched and guided her on the TV. Worked out pretty well actually. Managed to get her a few pets and showed her the ropes on that. I have 36 pets right now, she has 4 but knows what she is doing. Watch, she is going to have like 50 pets by the end of the week.
Around 9:30 she gave up and went to bed as the meds were kicking in big time. I stayed up a little while longer and went to bed around 11. I just wasn't tired. Of course I am paying for that right now. Insufficient sleep. I have a 2 person class today. It should finish around 2:30 which means I foresee a short nap in my future.
See? Back to normal. Nothing exciting happening here. Move along.
