Five more days. End of this week marks end of another year. So much writing. So much said. So little said. Many changes. Many things still the fucking same.
FINALLY had a two hour talk with my real boss last night. Founder of the company, current President and CEO. We talked about how things are changing, my role in this new world order, what will stay the same. We talked about short term projects and long term changes. We talked about money. A lot. It was a good talk. I don't know what's going to happen immediately. Probably nothing. But come July or August, some things will be changing. Let's see how things go.
Worked on some random stuff in between all that. Took a nap. Dealt with B's allergies and breathing issues.
Had Indian for dinner.
The next three days are back to 11-8. Split groups. Fun times. Then I go to a horrible situation in Seattle where it's a third party subcontract. Whee. But at least I make miles and nights. All that matters sometimes.
