It's too early to be up. Especially since I have to be up early all week. Sigh. My next 'sleep in' day will be NEXT sunday. Oh well.I will just go to bed hella early tonight to get a full night's sleep.
Yesterday was a busy day. We started off by pulling any last minute things out of cabinets, closets, etc. The exterminator showed up around 9, finished about 10:40. We then had to wait 2 hours before we could put anything back. During that time we went to the grocery store, Lowe's, and Best Buy. All of which were 'weekend' packed. Got back almost 2 hours to the minute and started to reassemble rooms. That took us until 2:30. It was a great deal of work but hopefully worth it. The exterminator did show me where we need to caulk, where there's some poison ivy, and where the nests are most likely to be. He earned his money. For the next 30 days we have to keep a log and let them know if we find anything. We are guaranteed for a year against the ants.
Around 4 B's friend came over. She spent the night because she has some thing to do early this morning in our area and it made it easier for her than trying to get from her house. We had tacos for dinner together.
While B and her firend watched the Ted Bundy story, I went to the mall. I went to Sur La Table to have my good knives sharpened. Two of them couldn't be saved and I had to replace them, but the other 5 were wonderful and we now have a good set of knives again.
Got back and we all hung out in the basement for a while just chatting. We all went to bed around 11. This morning, I have to check in for flights, hotel, etc. B's friend is out of here around 6:45 and we are out of here by 8:30. We're going to see Endgame at 9:20 this morning. Get that out of the way. Let's see if I enjoy it.
