B's plans got canceled yesterday. "Food poisoning" was the official excuse. I said hungover but B assured me they don't drink. Then COVID bitches. Either way they ended up not going. I had to clean the house with them in it which I dislike. But I managed to make it happen. I didn't get the whole house clean, maybe 45% but it's in a better shape than it was. I did floors, baseboards, etc. That kind of cleaning. I also did laundry, made chicken salad for the week, and paid more bills. Gee, what a great way to spend my one day off. Not resting or doing things for me. Gosh. It's the American fucking Dream baby.
We ordered a new tank stand last night. It will finally give me back my game table. That makes me happy. It will be here later in the week.
Snowed overnight. Not a lot but enough to cover things. I don't know if it's supposed to keep going though. I am teaching Australia folks this week (starting tonight at 7pm) and it's their spring. This will be fun. B's sisters are coming over tonight too. Finally doing Xmas so I can take that damn tree down. Get my living room back.
What can I say, I take victories where I can find them.
