I am having one of those not quite awake moments this morning. I am here, I am functional but, huh what? Yesterday went okay. I have 7 students in my class and we got through the material even though I swear I haven't taught this in 2 or 3 years. It's still using our old template which I re-did at the start of 2014. That tells me it's at LEAST been 1 1/2 years since I have even opened these files. But it went well. I knew 4 of the 7 from recent mentoring which helped. It let things be a little more casual. We have the second part today. Neither part is a full day's worth of training though. At least yesterday I managed to get it to go 1:30. Today I am afraid we will make it through to lunch and that's about it. My boss knows it's a short class and he told me last night to add filler but what? Sigh.

After class we went on a bit of an adventure. There's something our local crapmart doesn't have that B and I decided to go one town over and see if they have it. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but we're talking 15-20 miles. Woo! We did find what we wanted as well as I got some watch batteries I have been meaning to buy. I now have 9 working watches instead of 2. I have been wearing the same 2 watches for too long. We also stopped at a Burlington Coat where B was able to find 2 dresses, including one for an upcoming wedding, for super cheap. That was worth the drive actually.

We got home around 4 and made a hodge podge dinner. We're trying to eat off all the leftovers in the fridge before we leave this weekend so there's not a ton of stuff sitting in there going bad. We watched some TV and relaxed. B was super tired but I am proud of her. She is finally trying to get her sleep schedule back to normal and avoided napping. It didn't help that the gardeners spent three hours blowing fucking leaves. Idjits.

Speaking of idjits, I chatted with the kid last night. We talked about the new Marilyn Manson album which is really good. Better than Born Villain on first listen. I listened to it while doing nothing of any real significance on the computer. Went to bed around 10:30.

Decent day. Today while I am teaching I have a TV guy coming to repair an issue with our TV. It has a line running down one side. Luckily it's under warranty. Otherwise, nothing planned for after class.
