Spent the majority of the day doing a training session with a client. From about 6 until 11. One on one mentoring is always enjoyable because I get to really emphasize doing things the right way. The clients are usually interested in knowing everything they are doing poorly and I can speak freely. It was a good session and we have another scheduled for next week.
After class B and I went out and ran some errands including a Target trip. The target trip ended up with us having dinner at BJs. We had a fun time at dinner picking on everyone around us. One of the reasons I love her is that we both get frustrated by the same things - namely people and specifically stupid people.
Got back from dinner and B has entered "oh shit I am about to go out of town for a week mode". This was part of the errands. Getting all the things she needs for her trip. She started packing, she started organizing, stressing out about what can go on the plane and what can't, etc. She packed clothes, did some sewing, got all her stuff together, all while I sat quietly and let it happen.
She exhausted herself out and we went off to bed around 10.
Show tonight. Whee. But it is her and the kid's birthday show which should provide some amusement for everyone.
