I decided to sleep in this morning. I am taking advantage of the fact that I don't have classes this week to catch up on some sleep. Why the hell not, right? I finished one of the two classes I am working on this week yesterday around 3 so I have four days to make progress on the next one. It's a big one with lots of material to sift through, but I feel I can get it at least 75-80% complete this week.
Follow up to my Sony issue - I called them yesterday morning and managed to get ahold of someone in customer support. Miraculously he was able to help me fix my headphones instead of having to send them back in! There's a serious of buttons to push to 'hard reset' them. I guess they got overheated during a charge and it threw some type of internal breaker switch and the reset took care of that. I have to repair them with all my devices but at least I don't have to replace them. Kudos to the Sony Support guy for knowing his shit.
B wanted to go to Jo-anns in the afternoon for some supplies. She needed some fabric cut and we ended up behind this woman with 20 bolts of fabric in her cart. All B needed was 1 yard of muslin too. She used it with a needlepoint bracket to make a pin board for herself. She has started collecting these enamel pins from different artists and she wanted a way to display them. Looks pretty cool actually.
We got back and decided to go back out and get Indian for dinner. A pre-valentines day dinner if you will. She knows I will not go out tonight for food. Ever. Tonight we are actually going to a support group for her. It's for HSP and she found it through meetup. I am going to drive her and hang around while she goes to the meeting. Even though guests are allowed, it's her first meeting and we both felt I shouldn't be there, but she wants me to drive her because she's not sure where she is going and the meeting is making her nervous already.
Got back around 6:30, relaxed, watched some tv, went to bed around 10:30.
Happy Valentine's Day to those of you who acknowledge today. To the rest, happy Tuesday.
