100 days to go and this year will be over. I have decided once I am done with year 10 I will compile all of this and print it out. Curiosity mostly. Just how many damn words have I written?
Worked all day on the new class. Got the outline and general feel for it done. Going to try today and fill in the gaps. I should be about 80% by Friday which is the goal. Worked all the way until about 3 yesterday. At 5 I ate since we had to go out at 6:15.
Took B to her first support group meeting. It started at 7 but it was about a 25 minute drive especially since neither of us had been there before. The meeting was scheduled from 7-9 and while I debated on going back home, I didn't know how she was going to do and wanted to be nearby in case she wanted to make a hasty retreat. I went to target near by for a couple of things but was back waiting at 7:30. Yes, I sat there from 7:30 until 9. Luckily I brought my tablet and watched a show and read.
Her group turned out to be really good except for one person who really mistook HSP for something else. They are having trouble with criticism and it becomes anger which is not what HSP is about. They too were new last night and B conveyed how she could sense that the group wasn't fully comfortable with them in the room. If you are wondering what HSP is, look it up. It's one of those things that I don't understand fully, but I don't have to get it to support my wife. Especially when it doesn't cost me anything. According to her it was time well spent and that's all that matters.
Got home around 9:30, unwound, and went to bed around 11. Nothing else exciting going on. Yes, we did celebrate Valentine's yesterday. It was a Funko Pop day. I got two Doctor Who ones and she got Fantastic Beast ones. Our collection is growing (sadly). We both have to be really careful because it's easy to go overboard with those darn things. Worse than pins. We are both sticking to ONE line right now and that's it. I know she will want the HP ones at some point too unfortunately. But we will cross that bridge when it comes. For now, life is good. I have three little Doctors sitting on my desk and I like them.
