This is an early post. I have to wait another 35 minutes to hit publish or it will go up as yesterday. Time changes are fun. Up at 1am CDT to head out to the airport. I want to be in the car in the next 44 minutes. I board at 4:30 and need to be in that security line at 4. 30 minute airport drive, drop off rental car, print boarding passes. I need to hustle. Already showered and packed. Just need to finalize things.
Taught day two. I was starting to lose it by mid-afternoon. My mind was wandering, I wasn't caring any more. Too many days straight of travel and teaching. I don't even get a break the rest of the week. I have two more days of classes Thursday and Friday with 5 students. But then it's three days off. A week at home follows that. Then two more weeks on the road.
Got back to the hotel around 5, packed, grabbed food from local fast food place, slept on the couch in my room from 8 until 1. That was my day. Now it's time to leave here.
