Y11 D27

I have such a headache this morning. Pressure and sinus kind. Ugh.

AC guys arrived around 9 and got to work. They finished up at about 4:30. The new unit outside looks really nice. They did a great job at mounting everything, making it look clean, etc. The new base unit is so much more quiet too. Can barely hear it when it's on. I like it a lot. Down at the furnace they cleaned things up, got the new filter installed, and add the humidifier. That's such a neat thing to me. I can't wait to try that out.

Did random stuff during the day while they were here. Laundry, cleaning, etc. Once they were gone we worked on getting that mattress out of the basement and put the guest room back together.

Had indian food for dinner with leftovers for tonight.

After dinner we finally had an overdue discussion about everything that's been bugging me lately. It helped a lot. I feel better about some stuff. Mostly B spending money on other people while I am on the road, my envy of not having a life or any friends, and how I am frustrated about a lot of stupid things right now because I am overworked. It felt good to get these things off my chest.

Grocery shopping tonight, but otherwise, no hard plans. Good.
