This is it! My last drive to OH for hopefully a while! Regardless, after this week I am taking 10(!) days off!! The nice part is only 3 of those are PTO. We got weekends, holidays, and a company meeting. So out of 240 hours off, I only have to claim 24. Not bad, eh?
Dealt with little miss sicky yesterday. She was miserable yesterday and made sure I knew all day. I went to the store like 5 times for her yesterday. First she was out of soup, then she needed more medicine, then it was something else. Ugh. It was rough. She parked her ass in the front room and watched Grey's all day too which was not fun for me. I tried to find other things to do but failed. I also didn't want to spend the day wearing headphones but it almost came to that.
She refuses to take things like NyQuil when she is sick. Non-drowsy only. So instead of sleeping all day and getting better, she complained all day. Fun.
4 hours, I am on the road. Back in OH. Let's do this.
