OMG WILL THE DRAMA EVER STOP??

So here's the latest fun; we were up at 2am because that's when the power came back on. It had been off since just around 7pm. Yep. I was in the kitchen baking a pie, B was in the shower and BOOM a transformer behind us blew. The signal at the end of our street and our entire block was without power. After talking with a few neighbors we are all pretty much in agreement it was due to the fucking drug neighbor's AC units running full steam all day and night. It finally overload the circuit. None of us are too happy with them right now. The thing is right now they have probably drawn unwanted attention to themselves as a result of this. I noticed one of the crew working on the problem looking in their backyard making note of the four giant AC units. Someone's gonna have some 'splaining to do Lucy. My biggest concern was that I wouldn't be able to teach my class today. Luckily it did come back up. I have had multiple energy providers in my life and none have been as responsive or wonderful as DTE. They are on top of their shit for sure. They had someone dispatched within 45 minutes, kept us updated through the app, and beat their estimate by 2 hours. Rock on.

Now if that had been the only thing, it would have been okay. But no. On top of this, around 3pm I found out apparently I have a new "boss". Oh boy! I am getting emails from someone I have never worked with before asking for shit that normally falls in my area. WTF? So yeah. We're now having a team meeting tomorrow to 'clarify things'. Good times.

Today I can just focus on this class. That's all I need to do. Get through one more day. Speaking of that, it's day 60 for me. Yep. I got home March 6th and this makes 60 days that I have been SIP. In those 60 days I have gone to 3 places primarily with one bonus stop to Best Buy. What a time to be alive.
