I took a ganble yesterday and it paid off. I scheduled the AT&T guy to come between 8 and 12 with the hope that he would either come at 8 before class or closer to 12 after class. He came at 8:30. As expected since it was a sporadic problem, there was nothing for him to do and he was gone by 8:45. After testing the line in the house and the line to the house, he looked over his logs and he is confident it was due to one of their own people working on the box and not letting anyone know. I am like the only person in the neighbordhood with fiber and have a direct line from the box less than 500 feet away. I would be surpised if it was even that far. Point is anyone doing anything to it will impact me directly. He tested light strength and all connectors and all is good. He also complimented my placement of hardware as optimal for the house. That was nice.
Taught my class and finished around 1pm. We managed to make up for the lost time on Tuesday which was great. All of my students were awesome and we got through everything with no issues.
Made crappy dinner. Wasn't in the mood to really cook so a quick hamburger helper later, food is served. I need some real food. Like sushi or something pretentious. I miss real food. Going to the store this morning. Might get something for myself. God I really want bone marrow or foie. But those days are gone, aren't they?
Watched some TV, helped B do some fish stuff, went to bed.
Apparently our grocery stores are open at 6am again hence the early rise. Let's see if that causes me less stress. Doubt it, but worth a try.
