Have a splitting headache this morning. Sinus pressure. The weather is out of whack again. One minute the app says it's 96, then it's 82, then it's 90. The humidity was all over the map all day as well. Went from blaring sun to overcast in a minute. No wonder my head is split open right now. Just took some Advil. Let's see if it helps.
Worked on stuff yesterday. Random shit. Completed one thing I was hoping to get done. But nothing special or exciting.
We got a new vacuum yesterday. First one in 5 or 6 years. Super powerful. We did a test run by doing the whole couch and behind and under as well. Some much needed cleaning in places we don't normally clean. Worked like a champ.
Went to the grocery store last night around 8pm. I don't like going to the grocery store when it is packed, but B wants to be able to pick stuff out too so we have been trying to find compromises that work for both of us. Thursday at 8pm seems to be a decent time. We both were happy. It wasn't massively crowded and she got to get stuff that she wouldn't have otherwise remembered we needed. All around win. Plus it was my first real out in public moment since getting my hair. I was extremely self-conscious and it helped having her with me. Of course I felt like the whole store was staring at me but I know in reality they weren't. Well, they were, but only because my hair is purple, not because I have hair. Big difference.
In other news, NIN is cancelled. Gee, what a shock. Straight up refund, no reschedule. Sucks but not unexpected. I am surprised Alanis Morrissette hasn't cancelled yet to be honest. But hey, we still have 3 weeks to go on that one.
Off to the car dealer this morning to get the truck serviced. Joy.
