Good news bad news. My phone only lost 4% last night. Went to bed at 100, woke up to 96. What did I do different? I turned off WiFi. So something is set up to sync in the middle of the night OR it's struggling in the bedroom at night to get a wireless signal. I now need to investigate network usage per app and see what's going on. The bad news is I woke up and didn't have mail notifications. Saw them on the computer, but not on my phone. Okay, the mail app is set to not update in the middle of the night? Let's figure out why.
I will get to the bottom of this. I really am trying to hold off on buying a new phone as long as I can. I don't feel like spending $800 on a damn phone.
My day started with a phone call from Amazon. After all the issues I had this week, they had asked for a phone number so we could discuss. I gave them a number with instructions to call after 9am PST. So when did they call? 6:21am PST. Idiots. Upside is I was put through to someone in Amazon Logistics (AMZL). I got to speak with this person for about 45 minutes. We went over the process, the current issues, etc. Was a productive phone call.
We got a lot accomplished yesterday. We cleaned house, went to target, did some grocery shopping, laundry, dyed my hair, and the big one, a full water change and tank clean. That took us forever. We even added a second filter to the tank. Our day was spent mostly dealing with that.
For dinner we lazied up and did one of those meal in the bag things. It was okay. Neither of us was thrilled by it, but it was for convenience and we acknowledge that. I went to bed around 10, don't know when B went yet. But I am worried as she has to be up at 7am to take me to the doctor and she ended up taking a 2 hour nap at 4pm yesterday. I know it threw off her sleep schedule.
Why does B have to get up early? It's surgery day kids. Off for a little snip. 7:30 we are leaving here. Should be back home by 9 if all goes well. Then I get to sit in bed all day and do nothing. Woo! Wish me luck and hope for no complications.
