I wasn't going to get up until 2:30 but I woke up on my own at 2. Was having an intense dream about some alien thing and I was in France trying to figure it out as it was an ancient civilization kind of thing. Weird.
We had a fun day yesterday. Took what will probably be our last ride to the coast. Went to Astoria and Seaside. Bye goonies. Fed the seals, visited the fishies at the aquarium, bought some candy from the candy man. Was an all day adventure for sure.
B napped when we got home, had leftovers for dinner, then I went to bed at 9. So other than the day trip, not much else.
I am leaving here in 2 hours, Get to SoCal at 9, but then I have to kill a 1/2 day as they can't get me into my hotel room early unfortunately. Should I just go to Disneyland? I don't know. I would spend way too much money. Even if I just went to DTD, plus the traffic. Ugh. No. I will find something to do in Monrovia. Even if that is taking a nap in the lobby.
Five days of classes and workshops, back home Saturday. We are about 1 month away from sending B back to MI. We have been watching the market very closely and things are looking to our favor. We saw one yesterday with 3/4 of an acre that had been dropped to 188. We have a couple we are watching that have been sitting for 45+ days and watching them drop. It's becoming a buyer's market out there. Good. If all goes well, we will be there before the end of year. I am going to ship my motorcycle in advance and store it at B's mom's place. One less thing to worry about. I wish I could sell it here, but it's such a pain. I was so close on having a buyer but that fell through.
Time to shower and leave at 4.
