Slept better last night. Not good, but better. The AC unit in here is giving me a headache. The portable ones at home don't bother me as much as the wall ones do in hotels. Weird.
NOW this time I know I have the date right - Happy Birthday buddy! You're old.
Got onsite yesterday around 7. The security at this place is ridiculous. Xray machines, photos, bag scans. Fuck you. Talk about civil liberties violations. I am not happy about any of this. Pisses me off completely. Got into the room about 7:15 and with the help of one of their folks got all 15 machines up and running. I did two sessions yesterday, each 4 hours long with 15 students. Today a mix of students from each group will be returning for a one day intermediate class.
Doing two sessions was a bit tiresome to say the least. Repeating myself, making sure I covered the same things, etc. This is how we're going to deliver these in the future too. Not a fan.
Finished at 5:15, headed back to the hotel, and on the way grab subway. There were two annoying people in subway wanting free samples of bread and being cheap. They ended leaving a half made sandwich when they were told it was $5. Assholes.
Had my dinner, watched some tv, went to bed. That's about it.
