It's closing day. And it's already off to a rough start. Up until now we have been told "Oh yeah, B can bring a check for the closing costs". Then at 9:30pm I get told she needs a CERTIFIED check OR a wire transfer. WTF?? As for a certified check, the nearest branch is 142 miles away from B. That ain't fucking happening. So I have been up since 4:30 trying to figure out how to get a wire transfer done. Apparently federal law says that a first time wire transfer has a cap of $5000. Closing is $11000. FUCK. So I have to try and go into a branch at 9am to see if this is happening. I am so fucking stressed out. Welcome to my morning.
Yesterday's class went fine. No issues there. Another 13 hour day.
Okay, I have to go deal with all this shit.
