No update yet. I am avoiding the news because it just breaks my heart to see the ruin. Hopefully they will get a grip on the fire today and the kid may get an update. Yesterday though we both had random acts of kind ness bestowed on us (me and the kid) that gave us a little more faith in humanity.
For me it was someone letting me in to the Amex Lounge as their guest so I didn't have to pay the day pass fee. That was important for me because I ended up spending 9 hours in there.
For the kid it was a clerk at Ulta buying her whole purchase for her of $125 in makeup.
I finally got home at 5pm last night. We went and had Indian. Big day ahead of us today and tomorrow. A lot to do.
