Y5 D27

Slept through my alarm this morning. Luckily I have to go about five feet to be ready for class. Yesterday was weird for that reason. It's one thing to be teaching from home. It's another to be at a hotel and have to go off to a client. But it's odd being in a hotel and teaching. Class itself went fine with some technical glitches that were beyond my control. Some of the servers weren't starting up correctly but we managed to get all that handled early on in the day. Once that was done, everything went okay. We finished up about 2:30, a little ahead of schedule. I then took a ride over to a local mall because the kid wanted a damn cupcake from a specific bakery. I warned her it would get squished. She was so sad "it's okay, as long as I have it" that I ended up going into Target and buying painters tape and taping it to my gas tank. That's probably how I will get it home too. After that my friend whom I haven't seen in a while picked me up and we went for BBQ. It was nice seeing him and his wife. We haven't had a chance to catch up in a while so it was good. Nothing crazy or wild, just socializing and eating. Got back to the hotel, watched Alphas, took a nice bath, talked to B, and went to bed. I have been very sleepy this week. I can't wait until I get home and have a day to myself to sleep. All day. With no guilt. I am sure I am going to need to clean the house from top to bottom when I get home, but I am looking forward to it. My car won't be ready when I get home unfortunately. They called me yesterday and the tranny that arrived was damaged so he sent it back. Looking at a two day delay. It's okay as I am going to be home all next week. As long as it's ready for my birthday. Time to shower.
