Y6 D28

Is it my birthday yet? Soon people, soon. How much longer? Hmmm... Why it would be 14 days. Yay! Where am I going for my birthday? Where else? And this year we have friends joining us. They confirmed their plans with me yesterday. They will be spending Monday and probably Tuesday with us at Disneyland. This will be a hoot! That's why I mention it. It was part of what I did yesterday. I got up, ran some errands which included Target, finding a new snow white wig for our upcoming Disney show, confirming plans with our friends, and getting groceries for tonight's dinner. I am making the foie tonight. Here's the menu - seared foie with fig sauce, slow roasted tri-tip, spiral mac and cheese, and brussel sprouts. With caramel sea salt ice cream for dessert. A sunday meal at its finest. Oh yeah.

Got back home and found that the poor cat threw up. She threw up all over the bath mat and it was not worth saving. I ended up going back out later to replace it, but not before I took a two hour nap. For dinner I made Joe's Special which gave me enough leftovers for the week. Problem is I have a dozen eggs that I have to use this week before they go bad. I will probably eat them for lunch this week. That will at least get me through five or six of them and I won't feel bad if I have to throw them out. While eating dinner I watched the first X-Men movie. I have all of them including the new one, but I don't want to watch it until I have refreshed and caught up on the older ones. I never saw 2, 3, or Origins so I figured what the heck. After that I played some Diablo. Talked with B a couple of times during the day. She was having a frustrating day (gee, what a shock) because she found out her cousin is getting married the day before us. Which means all the relatives are going to be busy the night of our rehearsal. She is considering asking her cousin to change his date since he has nothing planned yet. We will see how well that goes over. Add to that her mother is being a bitch about B's dad being there and walking her down the aisle. She is passively aggressively joking how SHE will walk her down the aisle. Boy, I can't wait for these people to meet me face to face and realize I am not some young kid who will roll over and do what they want. The last issue was them trying to force an officiant on us who will not do it unless we include a bible passage. We have both already agreed that the one person not invited to our wedding is Jesus. Fucker can wait outside. He can come to the reception but not the ceremony. That of course pissed off B's mom because she 'was going out her way to help us'. Want to help us? Pay for something you cheap ass bitch.

Sigh. See even thinking about them gets me angry too. I can't imagine what it must be like to be with them in person.

Went to bed around 11. I am up early because I want to go wash my car and I like the car wash when it's dead. I am going to head out around 6:30 to take care of that. Then I need to pick up a cast iron pan for tonight, make a car reservation for Monday, and work in the bedroom. That's everything up until about noon. From there, who knows?
