Another week ready to start. Whee. At least this week is very structured for me. Three day class starting today, two day class Thursday and Friday. I have three students for this one, five for the next. Logical, straight forward. I can get through these with no problem. I hope.
Yesterday was an interesting day. I got up early and was out by 6:30 to go wash the car. Finished that up and hit the store. I needed to get a few things still for dinner last night including a cast iron pan. I made the foie the kid bought me for Father's Day and I wanted to make sure I did it right and didn't screw anything up. Was back home by 9 and started the roast in the slow cooker. I then spent the next three hours packing and organizing the house. That was followed by a small nap. Got up, played some Diablo, packed some more, and then started prepping for dinner. The kid and KBF arrived around 5:30. The foie came out perfect. As did everything else. A nine hour slow cooked roast, baked mac and cheese, and veggies. Everything worked well. I was happy. The left around 8. I Skyped with B for a while, did some random stuff, and went to bed. It was warm last night so I slept okay. Not great but okay.
One more week.
