Y6 D27

Yay me, I slept in until 7. I bit by force as I woke up first at 4:30 and then again at 6. But each time I refused to get up. I wanted to sleep gosh darn it.

Had a little bit of a rough day yesterday. We started early so I was already tired when we began. (Oy I was gone for a while right now. Had a week's worth of pooping in one sitting. That was some major bathroom time. Thank god I am home alone). Anyway, things were going okay with class until we hit one demo and the sample file on the server wouldn't work. Shit shit shit. I came up with an alternate way of doing the demo, problem is that I lost two of the less competent students doing it and they got frustrated and I got frustrated because it wasn't that hard. Sigh. We got through it and finished up class about 1:45. After class I went over to home depot and got what I needed to finish painting. I painted the one wall that was yellow. I don't need to paint, but at the same time I don't want to give this place any excuses when we move out. "Oh you painted it a dark color and we had to use multiple coats to cover it so we're going to charge you". Bite me. It didn't need to be perfect, it just needs to be not yellow. Now it is not yellow. When I was done, I cleaned up and had a few minutes before my buddy arrived. Him and I went out for sushi and then I worked on his laptop. He bought a new laptop and I cleaned house for him. Got rid of all the pre-built in bullshit apps and icons. He was very grateful for that. The funny thing is he got a touch screen laptop and neither of us realized it. Until at one point where the screen was yelling at me to swipe. WTF? HEY! You have a touchscreen! He headed out around 10:30. I talked briefly to B for a while. I should also mention that while I was waiting for my buddy to show up I did something for B. She has been having me listen to songs for the wedding for 'our song' and so far I have hated every single one of them. We just have VERY different musical tastes. We can both enjoy the random pop song, but when it comes down to it, we do not like the same things. Well since I have been shooting down everything she has proposed it is upsetting her. She sent me one before she left and I finally got around to listening to it. It was okay. Honestly, it was okay. It was some twangy country song. But it worked and I basically said it exactly like that to her. Bad move. I am not taking it serious enough. This is important. Yadda yadda. Fine. I sat down and spent 90 minutes going through 53,000 songs. I came up with a list of 23. How much you want to bet she hates every single one?

Today is NOTHING day. I have to run to Target but otherwise, I am on my own. I am going to pack some stuff, watch some movies, and play Diablo. My exciting life!
