Nothing major to report from yesterday. Big difference from the contrast of Monday's wild time. Had to teach yesterday which took up the majority of my day. This is the first time we are using the new material I worked on last year. 8 students and a couple of them are annoying me. Mostly because they showed up late. There's one in particular who is a real pain in my side. This is the third class she has been in over the last year and both other times she proved to be a challenge. She just doesn't pay attention and follow along well. She asks a question five minutes after I have moved on to something else. Drives me nuts. But we got through it, finished around 2:40. I made chicken for dinner then after dinner we took a ride to the mall. We spent way too much money in the candy store. The kid then spent time putting her new laptop together and deleting off the crap that gets installed. Oh and her internet speed? Same issue as B's laptop. Fucking windows capping the speed. I just looked up some possible solutions and there is one that could be a big culprit. I will see at lunch what is going on.
That's about it to be honest. B's stepmom is being moved from ICU to a regular bed this morning. Hopefully everything is okay now with her. But we will see what happens over the next couple of days. My friend asked me to watch his animals while he is out of town towards the end of the month which is no problem at all. We are going to meet up this weekend to exchange key and get the details.
Teach and then maybe a movie today after class.
