One of my extensions in chrome is really killing me lately. I think they did an update and it's being to aggressive at blocking things. In a that it's really slowing down loading of pages. Even trusted ones. But I refuse to look at certain pages without it. I can't stand your ads or 100+ tracking agents. Go screw yourselves.
We had a quiet day yesterday. B and the kid went to the movies and saw Fantastic Beasts. I relaxed at home. When they got back we all went to the mall. B had to go to her cousin's in the morning because their flight got cancelled. They wanted us to pick them up downtown at 6pm. Um, no? Sorry. The best they could arrange was a flight to Seattle so they are taking the train. I don't get it personally because for $115 there were four flights from Seattle to here. That's the price for both of them. The train is going to take 3-4 hours and can't be much cheaper. Whatever. Not my problem.
The mall was dead as a doornail. "Inclement weather". It wasn't that bad out people. But many stores, even big ones like Apple and VS, were closed. I guess they figured screw it, it's Sunday anyway. It had a weird feel to it in the mall as a result. We got a couple of things. The kid bought me a tp-link plug that I can control with Alexa. That's my Christmas present from her. B got a new funko pop. We then went across the street and had a german feast for dinner.
Got back home around 7, played some board games. That was fun. We played 5 second rule for a good while. Around 9 we all just kind of pooped out. I went to bed around 11.
Today is in flux. The weather is making it hard for us to do stuff. We are hoping to take a ride to the cheese factory. Let's see how that plan goes.
